30 Day Return Policy
Returns Happen, and we're here to assist you. Please follow our return policy guidelines:
Products (units/items) must be in their original unused and uninstalled condition.
Contact us in advance for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Follow the detailed return instructions provided, including the RMA# and shipping address to the Return Center.
Your refund will be processed after a visual and physical inspection of the returned product. In some cases, the refund will be released once a credit memo is issued by the manufacturer.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the 30-day return, and returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Refunds will not be issued for products broken or damaged by the customer.
Most products are covered by the Manufacturer's Limited Warranty for verified defects.
Consult with a Seller or Service Technician before initiating a return for a documented factory defect.
Products not functioning properly due to "customer set up" do not qualify as a manufacturer's defect. Non-qualifying reasons include, but are not limited to:
Improper product sizing for the application.
Product not recommended for the geographic location.
Customer power supply unsuitable for electric products.
Customer orders wrong fuel type or size product.
Customer's water pressure or flow rate inconsistent with minimum requirements.
By entering into a transaction, the buyer agrees to be bound by the terms of this return policy, acknowledging it as a legal and binding contract.
Returned products damaged by the buyer may incur a restocking fee or potential rejection of the return claim.
